Herb Blend of Licorice, Aniseed, Fennel, Peppermint & Chamomile.

1/2-1 teaspoon per cup, steep in hot water water for 5-10minutes. 1-2 cups per day.

Seek professional advice if Pregnant, Breastfeeding or on prescription medications before usuing. Due to the Licorice caution is recommended for those with high blood pressure. Not recommended for those with GORD.
